An oriental dish that is so simple to make yet packs a real nutritious punch. A fantastic option for any weight loss or muscle building diets.
1 chicken breast
2 asparagus spears, trimmed
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook 1-3 minutes each side, stirring frequently until cooked through. Set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet except water and cook for 5-10 minutes stirring until the vegetables are tender. Add the chicken and water to the skillet stirring until the chicken and vegetables are cooked.
