Banoffee Protein Waffles

What you will need

100g of Coconut sugar

2 Eggs

100ml UFIT Breakfast Vanilla

150g Self raising flour

1 large banana

Squirty cream

Caramel sauce

 

 

Method

Add the sugar, eggs, and UFIT Breakfast into a bowl

Mix

Now add the flour

Mix well

Spread the mixture evenly into a mould and bake at 180’c for 10 minutes

Once cool top with banana, plenty of squirty cream and caramel sauce!
